What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom T-shirts?
MOQ depends on fabric, colour, decoration and trims. Custom-dyed fabric needs larger runs than stock colours. Tell us your planned quantity per colour and we will confirm a workable MOQ in the quotation.
Can you produce T-shirts under my own brand name (private label)?
Yes. We apply your woven or printed neck labels, care labels, size labels, hangtags, barcodes and custom polybags so the T-shirts arrive retail-ready under your brand.
Do you work from my tech pack, or can you develop a design for me?
Both. OEM orders follow your tech pack or reference garment. For ODM development, share reference photos, target customer and price point and we build a production specification with you.
Which GSM is best for a premium T-shirt?
For premium everyday tees, 180–200 GSM combed cotton is popular. Streetwear and boxy oversized fits typically use 220–300 GSM. Promotional tees usually sit at 150–170 GSM for cost efficiency.
Which printing method should I choose?
Screen printing suits bulk spot-colour logos; DTF and DTG suit full-colour artwork; sublimation suits all-over prints on polyester; embroidery gives a premium logo finish. We recommend a method after reviewing your artwork and fabric.
Do you make a sample before bulk production?
Yes. A pre-production sample in your chosen fabric, fit and decoration is made for approval. Bulk production starts only after you confirm the sample in writing.
How long does production take?
Lead time depends on fabric availability, quantity and decoration. Sampling and bulk timelines are stated in your quotation once the specification is confirmed.
Do you ship custom T-shirts internationally?
Yes. THIZ International exports to buyers worldwide by air courier and sea freight, and can quote on EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP terms depending on your destination.
Can you match our brand Pantone colours?
Fabric is dyed to your Pantone or TCX reference and a lab dip can be prepared for approval. Print inks are matched to your artwork colour references.
Can I order mixed sizes and colours in one order?
Yes. Orders can be split by colour and size ratio (including youth and plus sizes) and packed by size or by assortment per carton.
