OEM Manufacturer for Sportswear, Apparel & GAA Equipment

Thiz International is an OEM manufacturer producing products to your design, specification and brand, from team uniforms and activewear to casual wear and GAA equipment, for brands, distributors, retailers and clubs worldwide. As your OEM manufacturer, we coordinate specifications, branding and bulk production around your requirements.

What OEM Manufacturing Means at Thiz International

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) means we produce a product to your design and specification, and it's sold under your name. You own the design; as your OEM manufacturer, we handle materials, production, quality checks and packing. A reliable OEM manufacturer confirms these details before production begins.

Not every buyer arrives with a finished tech pack, so we also work on an ODM and private-label basis. Here's how the three compare:

OEM Minimum Order Quantities & Lead Times

MOQs and lead times differ by product and specification, so we confirm both in your quotation. These are the factors that affect them. Your OEM manufacturer confirms practical quantities and lead times before you approve production.

What affects MOQ

Minimum quantities depend on how the product is made and what it's made from.

  1. Product type: equipment, garments and accessories have different setups.
  2. Materials: custom fabrics or colours may need minimum dye or material runs.
  3. Decoration: sublimation, embroidery and screen printing each set up differently.
  4. Colours and sizes: quantities are usually set per style and colour.

What affects lead time

Timelines are agreed before production and depend on these stages.

  1. Sampling rounds: fewer changes mean a faster route to bulk.
  2. Material sourcing: custom fabrics and trims take longer than stock options.
  3. Order size and complexity: more styles and decoration add production time.
  4. Shipping method: air and sea freight have very different transit times.

OEM Manufacturing FAQs

Common questions from brands and distributors starting an OEM project. Can't find your answer? Contact our team.

What is OEM manufacturing?

OEM manufacturing means we produce a product to your design and specification, and it is sold under your brand. You own the design, and we handle materials, sampling, production, quality checks and packing.

What is the difference between OEM and ODM?

With an OEM manufacturer, you supply the design and specification and we produce it. With ODM, we develop the product with you from an idea, sketch or reference product, then produce it.

Which products can you manufacture on an OEM basis?

An OEM manufacturer can produce across our range: GAA equipment, GAA jerseys and tops, sportswear, casual wear and fitness wear.

Do I need a tech pack to start?

No. A tech pack helps, but you can also start with sketches, reference products or photos, and we can develop the specification with you.

What is your minimum order quantity for OEM?

MOQs depend on the product, materials, decoration and colours. Share your requirements and we'll confirm the MOQ for each style in your quotation.

How long does OEM production take?

Your OEM manufacturer lead times depend on sampling rounds, material sourcing, order size and shipping method. We agree the timeline with you before production starts.

Do you provide samples before bulk production?

Yes. A sample is produced for your approval, and bulk production only begins once you've approved it in writing.

Can you add our branding, labels and packaging?

Yes. Logos, neck and care labels, swing tags, retail packaging and carton marks can all be produced to your requirements.

Will you keep our designs confidential?

Designs, artwork and tech packs you share are used only to produce your orders. If you need a confidentiality agreement, let us know when you get in touch.

Do you supply OEM products internationally?

Yes. We supply B2B buyers internationally. Tell us your delivery destination so packing and shipment preparation can be included in your quotation.
