THIZ International designs and manufactures custom flag football uniforms in our own Sialkot, Pakistan facility — the same city that produces a large share of the world's hand-stitched sports goods. Custom flag football uniform questions
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom flag football uniforms?
Our MOQ is 10 sets per design for full sublimation, and you can mix sizes and add different player names and numbers within that run. Tackle-twill and screen-printed sets start at 25 pieces per colourway.
How long does production take?
Sampling takes 7–10 working days after artwork approval. Bulk production for 10–500 sets takes 15–21 working days, plus 4–7 days for express air freight by DHL, FedEx or UPS to the USA, UK, Ireland, Europe, Canada and Australia.
Do you make flag belts and flags to match the uniform?
Yes. We supply pop-flag, triple-threat and sonic-style flag belts with flags dyed or printed to your team colours, plus matching shorts with integrated belt loops, socks, arm sleeves and headbands.
Can you produce uniforms under our own brand label (OEM / private label)?
Yes. As an OEM and ODM manufacturer we produce under your brand with custom neck labels, woven or printed care labels, hang tags, swing tickets and branded poly bags. We never ship your designs to other buyers.
Are your uniforms suitable for NFL FLAG, school, college and adult leagues?
Our cuts, sizing and number heights are built to common league uniform rules for youth, high school, college intramural and adult co-ed flag football. Send us your league rulebook and we will match number size and placement.
Is my artwork and logo kept confidential?
Every design is treated as your property. We sign NDAs on request, do not reuse your artwork, and keep your files only for repeat orders.
